Are Klean Kanteen products BPA-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% BPA-free and made from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel to ensure your drinks stay fresh and toxin-free.
How long do insulated bottles keep drinks hot or cold?
Our Climate Lock vacuum insulation can keep drinks cold for up to 100 hours or hot for up to 30 hours, depending on the specific model and size of the bottle.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are the bottles dishwasher safe?
Most of our non-painted stainless steel bottles are dishwasher safe. However, for colored or vacuum-insulated products, we recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and thermal integrity.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our quality with a Strong as Steel lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States.
